To make everything smooth and transparent, please take a moment to review our booking policy.
1. Reservations & Pre-Payment
To secure your date and time, we require a 20% non-refundable pre-payment of the selected package.
Without pre-payment, we cannot guarantee your booking as dates are reserved daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot (cash or card )
2. Invoice
To confirm your booking, we send a Prepayment Link from Teya POS Device which is valid for 24 hours, we can resend if necessary, or we can also provide a PDF invoice with barcode for payment for EU accounts, which is valid for 1 week.
Since we receive multiple booking requests daily, dates cannot be held without timely payment.
If the link expires without payment, the date becomes available again for new inquiries.
We can resend the payment link upon request, but please note that availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed. All invoices, in accordance with Croatian law, are fiscalised upon receipt of payment and then sent as a PDF document.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Pre-payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) if we are informed at least 72 hours in advance.
In case of no-show or cancellation less than 72 hours before the session, the pre-payment will not be refunded.
4. Weather Conditions
In case of unfavourable weather (heavy rain, strong wind, storms), we will either:
Adjust the time of the session on the same day, reschedule to another available date or cancel.
If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, the pre-payment can be transferred to a different service within 12 months or refunded.
5. Flower Bouquet Reservations
Fresh flower bouquets are prepared exclusively upon request and require full payment in advance to confirm the order.
As bouquets are custom-made and reserved with our florist, payments for flowers are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If the session is rescheduled, the bouquet order cannot always be transferred to a new date, as flowers are ordered for a specific day.
6. Service Scope
Our services include professional photography, videography, and drone filming.
Decorations, styling, picnics, flowers, makeup, etc. are provided through our partners and are booked separately.
Please inform us in advance if you require add-on services, so we can coordinate.
7. Delivery of Final Work
Photos: Delivered in digital format via an online gallery within 7–14 days.
Videos: Delivered within 14–21 days (depending on editing complexity).
Express delivery (same day or 48h) is available upon request with an additional fee.
8. Client Responsibility
Please arrive on time at the agreed location. Delays may shorten the session time.
Clients are responsible for permits/entry tickets to locations (fortresses, islands, private venues) unless agreed otherwise.
We cannot be held responsible for unexpected restrictions (museum closures, flight bans for drones, etc.).
9. Use of Images & Videos
We reserve the right to use selected images and videos for our portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.
If you prefer your session to remain private, please inform us in advance.
