Do I need an appointment?
You can come anytime at our opening hours,
but better to write us and to reserve an appointment, as sometimes when we have booked photo sessiom, we are not in our Photo studio.
How long does it take to take photo of my IRIS?
Each eye is from 15-30 seconds, it depends of you and different factors: if you can open wide your eyes at once, keep open and look direct in a light for 15 seconds.
How long does it take to get my IRIS photo delivered?
If you decide to get it in digital version, you can get your IRIS photo at the same day or the next day, depends how busy we are:)
Do I get only a digital photo?
Yes, the basic is a digital photo of your eye, as we have to edit and after you decide If you would like to do order printed photos or to get your IRIS in acrylic frame or to make a ring, earrings, magnet or keyring with it:)
Which format do I get my digital photo?
JPG format, additional price for a TIFF format
Is it possible to do photo of the eye of my child?
We do photo of IRIS for a child, we advice to do it for a child not younger than 6 years old,
or possible to do younger, but the child should stay calm and to have wide open eye at least 30 seconds, so we can get the best photo of the eye.
Can I take photo of my IRIS with contact lenses?
No, better to remove it,
if you came with your contact lenses, you can remove it at our bathroom
Is it bad for my eye?
No, it is the same when you get a photo taken of you with a flash
Can I print it?
sure,
please come not in the same day when you leave Split, as we need time to edit and to print it
otherwise only digital version is possible
Can I get a Gift certificate ?
Of course, just write us please and we will prepare it for you!
